Tesla CEO: On Friday, March 1, Tesla CEO Elon Musk filed a lawsuit against ChatGPT maker OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman. Elon Musk has alleged that the Artificial Intelligence company has compromised with its goal of creating AI systems for the welfare of people and has made maximum earning under Microsoft its goal.

Let us tell you that OpenAI is an American artificial intelligence company. Keeping in mind the future of AI technology, this company had started a chatbot service, whose name is ChatGPT.

This service gained a lot of popularity all over the world in a very short time and in the matter of AI, Sam Altman’s company OpenAI left behind the big companies like Google, Samsung and Microsoft, but now OpenAI has become the world’s largest technology company. Has been transformed into a closed-source subsidiary of Microsoft.

Under this new partnership, this company is not only developing itself, but is also using AGI to earn maximum profits for Microsoft, whereas they should have been using it for the betterment of humanity.

What did Elon Musk allege?

Angered by this matter, Elon Musk has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and Sam Altman. According to Courthouse News, the Tesla CEO has accused OpenAI of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and unfair business practices in a lawsuit filed in San Francisco Superior Court on Thursday. He says in his lawsuit that the company has violated its fundamental agreements and should return to an open-source platform.

OpenAI President Gregory Brockman and its CEO Sam Altman have been named mainly in this lawsuit. Apart from this, Musk has also urged the court to ban the top officials of Microsoft and OpenAI from earning profits using AI technology.
